Ingredients :
Tomato puree - 1 cup
Red chillies - 2 to 3
Green chillies - 2 to 3
Tamarind water - 1/2 cup
Onion - 1 medium size chopped
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves
oil - 2 tea spoons
red chilly powder - 1 and half tea spoon
Turmeric - 1/2 tea spoon
garam masala powder - 1/2 tea spoon
ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tea spoon
Process:
Step 1 : place a kadai and oil to it.
Step 2: add green chillies , mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chopped onion and green chillies
Step 3 : add ginger garlic paste
Step 4 : add tomato puree and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes
Step 5: add tamarind water and normal water
Step 6: add curry leaves
Step 7: let it boil for 5 to 6 minutes
Step 8: add coriander leaves and switch off the flame
ENJOY TASTY AND YUMMY TOMATO RASAM WITH RICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
