chili Egg Fry/Green chili scrambled Egg:
Ingredients:
Eggs - 4
Green chilies – 4 to 5
Cumin Seeds – ½ tea spoon
Ginger and garlic paste – 1 tea spoon
Oil - 3 to 4 tea spoons
Salt – as per taste
Turmeric – ½ tea spoon
Procedure:
Step
1: Add
green chilies to the blender and make into a rough paste.
Step
2:
Place a pan on stove add 3 to 4 tea spoons of oil and add cumin seeds and let
it pop.
Step
3:
Now add ginger garlic paste and sauté it for a min.
Step
4:
Once it’s done add green chili paste and sauté it for 4 to 5 minutes then add turmeric
and salt.
Step
5: Now
beat the eggs and add it to the pan and stir them. Let it cook for 5 to 10
minutes or when you feel it’s done off the stove and plate it.
Tip: While preparing green chili paste add a pinch of
salt so that it doesn’t turn black in color.
