Green chili Egg Fry/Green chili scrambled Egg:



Ingredients:
Eggs - 4
Green chilies – 4 to 5
Cumin Seeds – ½ tea spoon
Ginger and garlic paste – 1 tea spoon
Oil - 3 to 4 tea spoons
Salt – as per taste  
Turmeric – ½ tea spoon

Procedure:

Step 1: Add green chilies to the blender and make into a rough paste.
Step 2: Place a pan on stove add 3 to 4 tea spoons of oil and add cumin seeds and let it pop.
Step 3: Now add ginger garlic paste and sauté it for a min.
Step 4: Once it’s done add green chili paste and sauté it for 4 to 5 minutes then add turmeric and salt.
Step 5: Now beat the eggs and add it to the pan and stir them. Let it cook for 5 to 10 minutes or when you feel it’s done off the stove and plate it.

Tip: While preparing green chili paste add a pinch of salt so that it doesn’t turn black in color.

Jowar Dosa - Breakfast/Snack Recipe

Ingredients: Jowar flour Rice Flour Salt Water oil Process: Step 1: Take a bowl add Jowar flour, Rice flour in equal quantities. Step 2: Add salt as per taste. Step 3: Add water and mix well and make sure that there are no lumps in the batter. Step 4: The consistency of the batter should be little bit thin when compared to our regular Dosa batter. Step 5: Dosa Tawa and pour the Batter ( since the batter is in water consistency no need to follow regular dosa step) and add some drops of oil on top of it, once it’s done turn the other side.
